The policies listed below are in place to ensure that all of our guests receive the most hospitable and efficient service that we are can provide.

Nightbird is a reservation driven restaurant. We are more than happy to welcome walk in guests and will accommodate them as much as possible.

We have a small 32 seat dining room. If there is a seating preference, we will do our best to honor that request. 

The largest group we can accommodate for a regular (non-private) reservation is 10.

We do not split large parties.  If separate reservations are made for larger groups, those reservations may not be seated near each.

Seating cannot be guaranteed for any guests in excess of their reservation.

Parties of 8-10 will have a 20% gratuity added to their bill.

All Parties will be required to give a credit card number with their reservation. We have a cancellation fee of $50 per person if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the reservation. If the party does not arrive for their reservation, a full charge will be applied to the card as we have ordered food and staffed to service your party.

We hold tables for 20 minutes past the reservation time. If running late, please let us know and we will do our best to hold the table.

Nightbird has a Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy. Please treat our staff with integrity and kindness, just as we gladly treat our guests. 

We offer a 5 course tasting with an optional wine pairing.  We are happy to accommodate any dietary preferences or allergies o the best of our abilities. We do not split tastings.

We have a corkage fee of $40 for the first bottle and $60 for every additional bottle.
